Conley Consulting Group (CCG) was formed in February of 2001 to provide clients with advisory services in the areas of real estate economics, development strategy, and economic development. We offer the advantage of a small-firm environment that affords flexibility, efficiency, and personal attention to clients' concerns, along with the ability to partner with the finest experts in related fields. 

Prior to forming CCG, Denise Conley was principal in charge of consulting assignments for a large real estate consulting firm specializing in public-private partnerships, asset management, and economic development throughout the western United States. 

Since 1979, Ms. Conley has served over 150 clients, many of whom have returned with multiple project assignments spanning many years. CCG has grown since its founding to a staff of five and now serves clients in California cities ranging from Mill Valley to Montebello. To date, CCG has supported over 40 clients in planning and implementing projects with combined valuation exceeding $1 billion.
